[BUG] UI - project-members see "Delete project" action

Describe the bug

Users with the project_member role can see the "Delete project" action as enabled in the Environment management -> Projects screen.

Attempting to perform delete is denied appropriately.

Steps to reproduce

1. Login as a user with project_member role on a project (and no super user privledges)
2. project_member permissions policy have not been modified from default ("Create session" only)
3. Select project
4. Open actions menu

Expected behavior

No actions should be enabled, or the whole action menu should be disabled.

Actual behavior

"Delete project" action is enabled:

Hi, thank you for reporting the issue.

I was able to reproduce the issue and should be a front-end bug as the deleting of the project is failed with unauthorized error.

I have created internal ticket for tracking and will get back once have more info. Thanks!
