Using trailing slash creates internal server error.

If you log in with a host of "http://192.168.1.104:32400/" with an added slash, it will allow the user to login but will create an internal server error when trying to use any of the functions as it includes a second slash into the address ("http://192.168.1.104:32400//web/") Without the slash everything works as expected.
