1.1.2 - Windows version not working

Describe the bug

as mentioned in this issue #7 version 1.1.3 does not have a windows version (.exe).

In version 1.1.2

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behaviour:

-->On a windows machine<--

1. Go to https://github.com/bbc/digital-paper-edit-electron/releases/tag/1.1.2
2. Click on digital-paper-edit-electron-1.1.2.exe
3. Download and install
4. open the executable
5. See error

Expected behavior

For the windows app to run and "load" as expected
