PSG: already present, getting two releases

When Seadexarr tries to get the best release for PSG, it grabs the two releases listed on the Seadex page, even when one of those is already present.

I believe there might be two issues at play here:

1. The two releases have the same tags: "Best" and "Dual Audio". The current filtering logic does not seem to be able to chose between the two.
2. PSG's episodes are actually made up of several minisodes (see TVDB) which already confuses Sonarr, so Seadexarr might mistake some of those are missing and erroneously tries to get a new release when it is already present.

This is a case where setting interactive: true in the config is the best way forwards. There's no way for SeaDexArr to distinguish between these two, but if you switch on interactive mode it'll give you the option
