Feature Request - Disregard Empty Seasons/Series and Movies

Great tool! I just started using it today and while it's been helpful, adding the following feature would be great for my use case. I also saw this requested in #93 which is closed.

I'd like a toggle for Seadexarr to disregard empty series/seasons/movies. My entire anime collection is by default unmonitored in sonarr unless a show is actively releasing new episodes. I have a long running list of shows in sonarr that I plan to watch/download but have not yet - and they are therefore empty. I don't want these shows to be scanned, as I'll be manually downloading for them slowly over time.

The result of how this currently works is tons of webhook notifications in discord for shows that I do not have downloaded. I only want notifications for shows that I have downloaded. I do not want to set completed/downloaded shows to "monitored" and have bad releases automatically downloaded by sonarr RSS.

I've added this option in #113. Give it a go and let me know if that works how you expect! For shows, it'll only do this at the series, rather than season level

My apologies @bbtufty, but is there a specific branch this has been added I can pull from? It hasn't been added to the "main" branch yet, right? I'm not sure how to test if it isn't available to be pulled from a branch (apologies I'm pretty new to github)

pip install git+https://github.com/bbtufty/seadexarr.git@ignore-empty

Ahh @bbtufty I was trying to use that ignore-empty branch but it was failing. Yes, I'm using docker currently and appreciate your help if I can pull with docker.

I've just pushed the image, change your tag in your Docker compose file from :main or whatever to :latest or :vignore-empty

Thanks, @bbtufty . This is working, but I'm still being hit with tons of notifications for content that I have not yet downloaded (e.g. OVAs, movies, season 2 when I only have season 1 downloaded).

Would it be possible to have this work at the season level? I'm not sure if there's another way to do this, but for my use case - ideally the tool would only notify me for content that I have already downloaded - whether that's an entire series, season, episode/OVA, or movie.
