Duplicate Tab Shortcut

Would it be possible to add a custom shortcut for duplicating tabs? like ALT+D or something?

Totally possible, I imagine. My concern would be that's not related to "pinning," necessarily. I might explore a more comprehensive "tab keyboard shortcuts" option that could include this.
