Loving this content! Very straight forward.

Unfortunately, mostly not possible to implement for a majority of organizations... looking forward to getting LabOps and DevOps aligned on our Agile phases, which are pretty much the same, but LabOps is putting some care into the change management side of things.

Maybe we could create a card for "Building Agile Capacity in the BC Gov" and have Diana de Cotiis offer her learning pathways content (which is in development... but we certainly do have a place to start).

If we do that, I'd also like to reference that card on each of the Agile phases. We have pre-requisites now for leaders and team members such that they take specific training prior to trying to be Agile at the lab... and it probably makes sense to offer the same guidance to non-lab folks.
