Payment issue for a renewal application

Checking the application, it is a renewal in the PAYMENT_DUE state.
Checking the payment service it shows that the invoice has not yet been paid (paid = 0.00)
Informed Victor that it has not yet been paid, and that the invoice was created for a Credit Card payment.

Since I can't tag Victor here, I need to ask for additional information about this Application 79374106736113.

• Does this renewal Application has a registration_id in the API response? It needs to match the Registration id that the client is trying to renew.
• Does this renewal Application has applicationType = "renewal" in the response from API?
• Is the Retry Payment still not showing after some time?
