Create Unit Tests NR-NMP Soil Tests page.

**Acceptance Criteria**
- [ ] Unit tests created for all non-trivial calculations
- [ ] Unit tests created for agreed upon functions

**Additional context**
- If you're doing a unit test on a page, you should be looking at that entire page before moving onto another unit test.
