In location services in action, add a Basemap Comparison tab

The basemap comparison tab let's you compare two basemaps to decide which is better for your application. Include the standard geocode pane but divide the map in two either horizontally or vertically whichever makes more sense. Keep the two maps in synch as the user pans and scrolls.
