Looking to test accessibility scanner for GitHub files.

Task

• To better understand how the scanner works

• Determine if it can be implemented on a gov repo.

• Determine any pre-requisites if it can’t be implemented.

Acceptance Criteria

• Tested on a GH repo.

• If unable to implement, a documented reason of why.

• Documented steps moving forward.
