How to run mavis annotate directly?

I  install mavis with conda and then I wonder how to run the annotate 
as I have got the mavis file converted from delly, then I was puzzled with the doc
Yes, here is "mavis annotate -n input -l library -o output -c config"
So what is the library??? where should I set the annotation reference
The doc of this fantastic software was so stupid !
