Stop (without restarting) container after updating image?

First of all thanks for maintaining this fork!
I'm using macOS and I use launchd to launch my containers on login. Now watchtower updates the images just fine, but when it restarts the container, It'll conflict with launchd because launchd will try to restart the container when it sees the container has exited.

Describe the solution you'd like

A --stop-only argument makes watchtower stops the updated container and leaves the restart to some other process (in my case it's launchd).

If I use that flag then containers won’t stop at all. I want watchtower to just stop updated containers without starting new ones.
