I was wondering if there can be any joint collaboration in order to include this lintspec project into solhint.
Seems like a very good and natural addition

One obstacle is that this one is developed in rust and ours is JS...
Is this something that can be of your interest ?

I think it would make a fine addition to your tool, indeed. I basically see the following ways, feel free to add more if you thought of something else:

• You could create and maintain a wrapper npm package for lintspec using https://napi.rs/ and choosing the parts you need (I personally don't have an interest or the time to maintain this)
• You could consider moving more of solhint to Rust and eventually integrate lintspec into the Rust part
• You could maybe decide to join efforts and contribute your lints to Foundry, they are also working on a lint command: https://github.com/foundry-rs/foundry/tree/master/crates/lint and I was thinking to propose adding lintspec in there too
