Just popped out an idea in my head. The idea is, I think erlang-web community need comprehensive and easy-to-use Input-payload Validator that as easy as and as comprehensi as like https://github.com/typestack/class-validator .

Yeah, validating data is important, and being simple/intuitive is always essential.
I have a lib that does data validation out of the box: https://github.com/williamthome/changeset
I'm planning to use some of its concepts in the Bel Framework as a generic validator.
