ContainerCreate fails with "bad parameter" when ExposedPorts is set

When calling containerCreate() with ExposedPorts set using the generated model class ContainerConfigExposedPortsItem, Docker Engine returns a 400 Bad Request with the message bad parameter

Unfortunately there's a merge conflict due to recent changes on the base, but it's easy to resolve.
