Add bulk load for icon list #2
Description
Add a bulk load option for the icon picker/icon api.
It should be CDN cachable, thus only supports to load a fixed amount of icons, e.g. 10 or 20.
Would be problematic when searching in the picker.
Will only support "get icons, starting at index 0, of provider icons".
