Integrate electronegativity to CI pipeline ⚛

[electronegativity](https://github.com/doyensec/electronegativity) is a nice tool that automates the detection of misconfigurations and insecure patterns as [mentioned](https://electronjs.org/docs/tutorial/security) in electron security guideline. At this time of writing, this tool is still buggy and doesn't work well with our codebase. We should re-visit this feature in the future.
