Vite+React Tab Name should change to be the name of the app + current recipe.

No clue what to name the app or even the type of view.. Recipe Gantt Chart, Recipe Flow Chart, ... IDK, I'd want something that is recognizable to users before even clicking on the view.  That's only true if the view is similar enough to an existing thing when its all said and done.  If this way to visualize a recipe is unique from anything else that exists then it can have its own unique name.
