Add Ingredient/Step Grouping Functionality

Allow the user to group ingredients.  This should place a container around the ingredients and allow them to be dragged as one unit.  This is useful when a recipe calls for some amount of ingredients to be all added in one step.  Steps could be grouped maybe?  I'm not sure why this would be useful yet, but it may not hurt to implement now.
