Add clickable links to known keywords inside snippets

Great suggestion from Gambit:

hey how possible do you think it would be to make the example code snippets link to pages? like if you have UFUNCTION(BlueprintCallable, ...) UFUNCTION would link to the ufunction page, and BlueprintCallable would link to the fragment on the ufunction page

A Jekyll filter would be the way to do this but GitHub pages does not support plugins as far as I know.
