Word with special character align different in MS Excel (Windows)

Hi @bettergui ,
in MS Office Excel the words with special characters align somewhat above the normal font line.

Once you copy&paste the table MS Word, the issue disappears. Any hint on how to fix this in Excel?
Apparently only happens on Windows (and not Mac), but can't find a way to change it.
