feat: make constructor class for feature extractor index #126
Description
Used to take the mit_{DATASET}_index.csv or mit_{DATASET}_index-simple.csv and construct whatever input index is desired.
Examples:
- PyRadiomics needs ID, Image, Mask
- FMCIB needs image_path, coordX, coordY, coordZ
