Create detailed usage documentation for the tool 

Add detailed (Markdown? Asciidoc?) documentation for how to use Rank Panda. The goal would be for this to be user-facing, and _ideally_ downloadable/installable as HTML documents along with Rank Panda itself. 

For now, it would be fine to just keep them in a `docs/` folder in this repo, though.
