1. New person in project should know how to make deploy on current Heroku setup
2. All documentation should in Readme.md file

Now just merge from 'develop' to 'master' and deploy run automaticly, but not descripted yet in README

Please provide manual for current setup as we did on daily for non programmers so they can edit copywriting
