Don't surprise user with an unfamiliar "pager" when viewing commands.

See google/python-fire#188 for a discussion of this. Once a release of `fire` containing google/python-fire#345 is available, a custom formatter could be used to handle the output. Perhaps `rich`?

Also see google/python-fire#337, a stale Pull Request that would allow a user to choose their pager. But this was never merged.
