Support for GHC `9.14`.

It seems the only blocker is upstream packages that have yet to update their bounds. I was able to build and test monoid-subclasses with GHC 9.14 using:

cabal test all                                \
    --allow-newer=quickcheck-instances:base   \
    --allow-newer=time-compat:base            \
    --allow-newer=these:base                  \
    --allow-newer=uuid-types:template-haskell
