DateTimePicker not fully visible when close to window borders.

Describe the bug
When opening a datetimepicker close the the border of your browser window. The component is not fully visible.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to '...'
2. Scroll down to 'the bottom of the page.'
3. Click on 'the open datetimepicker button' of the Using DateTimepickerControl
4. See that the component is out of reach. (attached printscreen)
