Smart Contract for ConverterRegistryContract.json

I would like to have access to the Smart Contracts, which produced the following ABI: https://github.com/blocklytics/ethereum-blocks/blob/master/abis/ConverterRegistryContract.json

Basically, I am thinking of deploying the same smart contract to our own custom EVM, and need to replicate: https://thegraph.com/hosted-service/subgraph/blocklytics/ethereum-blocks

Any help would be appreciated.
