# Allocation tracking

Currently, the Pinc root allocator is just a wrapper of the platform allocator. It would be nice to implement something like Zig's general purpose allocator, which tracks and checks that allocations are made and freed properly.

For the time being, `fsanitize=address` seems to be adequate.
