Fix internal code style

Currently, Pinc's coding style is nebulous and undefined. I am leaning towards this:

  • functionsAreCamelCase
  • variables_are_snake_case
  • FunctionLikeMacrosAreCamelCaseButStartingWithACapitalLetter
  • PURE_MACROS_ARE_CAPITAL_SNAKE_CASE

I am not sure what kinds of other conventions should be used, so please leave suggestions here.
