Add XML documentation comments for site migration to docfx

To facilitate the update and migration of the Bonvision documentation website to docfx, XML documentation comments should be added to the source code. Currently automatically generated API pages are missing a lot of information.

I could submit a pull request based on the Bonsai editor descriptions, if that's ok (unless there's some style guide that I should follow).
