Color for OuterStroke

Hi, how can I predefine color depending on the percent?
For example:

i have @Input Percent -> percent 0 < 35 - 1 Color 35 > 75 - other color, 75 -> Another Color
I want to use 3 different color per different number, and i don't want to hardcore
[outerStrokeColor]="getColor()" in each component.

Any ideas how i can encapsulate logic with percent and colors inside the component
