Bot hanged, not responding to user message

Sometimes Botpress Bot gets hanged and does not respond to any of the user questions.

When I checked the console, I can see the following message waiting until next event in the console when the bot hanged.

Botpress version : 12.27.0

Issue is occurring on Linux ubuntu server and on my windows 11.

I do not have steps to reproduce the issue, as it is happening in an unpredictable way.
