Hydration errors in `helmet-ssr` example.

Unless I missed a major step in running it properly, the helmet-ssr example seems to produce an immediate hydration error in the browser console.

• rustc version: 1.82.0
• trunk version: 0.21.1

Here is how I was running the example:

cd examples/helmet-ssr
trunk build
cargo r --bin helmet-ssr-server --features ssr -- --dir dist

I tried an older version of trunk (0.15.0) just in case and got the same issue. Unless that's still too recent, I'm stumped. Is the example broken, or am I doing something wrong?
