'pagefocus' event being called before 'ready'

Hi,
I'm seeing the 'pagefocus' viewer event being fired before the 'ready' event. Also, if we give the viewer a start page when using `Crocodoc.createViewer()` e.g. page: 15, it will trigger a 'pagefocus' on 15 FIRST and then a 'pagefocus' on 1 AFTER. 

This is playing havoc with analytics. Is this by design or a bug?
