Adjust sidebar 'working files' and 'getting started'

I see that we can adjust the width of the sidebar (left to right), but I would also like to adjust the space between the "working files" and "getting started" panes. Sometimes I have more than 10 files open, and rather than scrolling through them in that small top portion, I'd like to use part of the other "blank" 2/3 of the sidebar. There are only 3 or 4 files in that list, resulting in a lot of unused screen real estate.
