Add support to portuguese from Brazil

The agent have support for portuguese (pt-pt) subtitles but not for portuguese from Brazil (pt-br).
This support would be nice since the dialects are very different.

You'll be better off with https://github.com/pannal/Sub-Zero.bundle that you can Add from within Plex Channels as Subliminal has been frozen for a long while now.
