TinyCat: Automated emails to patrons

Automated emails when:

• Patron first signs up/registers with TinyCat (info about VBL, LibraryThing, TinyCat)
• Patron checks out a book (remind them about patron info)
• Patron's book due date is coming up
• Patron's book has been checked out for nearly 6 months (this should also remove the book from LibraryThing?)

Patron info (including emails) can be exported into a CSV from TinyCat (yay)

There's a lot of automated email services with different features and payment plans, but more research required to figure out which to use (ideally one that's free).

Also some of these features might need a server to support (?)
