More multi-panel figures of RE and RCE examples

When presenting the lectures on Radiative Equilibrium and Radiative-Convective Equilibrium, there tends to be a lot of scrolling up and down to compare figures. It would be nice to plot more figures side by side for ready comparison.

Related, we should be making better use of MyST capabilities for labeled figures with cross-references.
