I think I'd have benefited from the repo much more if there was a brief description (one line) for each script in the readme and how it's related to other scripts (optional). Maybe, if the scripts were organized in other subdirectories (e.g. eval, calculate_freq, abs_sequences) instead of having all in one directory.
