C2WTS missing after installing SharePoint SE

After installing SharePoint SE the Windows Service "Claims to Windows Token Service" (c2wts) is absent.
I also noticed the configuration of this service is filtered to perform only for SharePoint 2019 and lower versions.
Can someone tell me what happend with the c2wts service in SharePoint SE?
