Problems on obtianing details of genomic islands

I have tested IslandPath-DIMOB to search genomic islands associated with
E.coli virulence genes and get the final results with start and end
position of each GI. I just wonder how could I get the details of each GI
such as name and other related inofrmation in batch with efficiency. Are
there any tools available for local run

IslandPath predicts genomic islands based on sequence composition and does not provide any curated annotation information.

You could potentially extract the island sequence and BLAST search NCBIs database for a similar annotated region.
