Hi,
This is not an issue with your build, but pinging in the hope you may have some experience with psort processing fasta files on a more recent Ubuntu version.
by way of background - im a sysadmin, not a bio expert, im tasked with rolling a few servers onto newer ubuntu versions as 16.04 is no longer supported. Running around in circles for a few days, unsure if im hitting challenges with /tmp/ or perl @inc path changing, or a.nother issue
have you ever run psortb on a newer ubuntu? this would give me hope!
