Check Tests that take an exisiting Application

If OrbeonPersistenceLayer are ran first then the Application is created as Orbeon alone --> availableTasksMatrix, finishedTasksMatrix, takenTasksMatrix are not set (are nil).
If Bpm tests are run after Orbeon tests then they are going to peek an existing application with the 3 inst var with nil value --> test are going to fail.
Find a solution to this situation.
