Editor tab bar missing on macOS

When I click on Tags, the Way Tags tab opens for that object. I can't switch to the other tabs as the Common Tags / Way Tags / Attributes tab bar is missing:

Previously the tab bar would sit at the bottom of the view below the content, but now it floats on top of the content, and apparently MacCatalyst doesn't do that correctly.

According to this post it broke in 26.2, so I'm going to wait to fix this until the next update before attempting to fix it:

Turns out this is indeed a MacCatalyst issue. Next release I'm going to drop support for MacCatalyst and instead rely on the "Mac (designed for iPad)" support, which visually looks more like the iPad version and resolves issues like this.
