There is no LICENSE or LICENSE.txt. Without a license it must be assumed¹² that the author retain all rights to their source code and no one may reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from their work without explicit permission.

Would you please clarify this by creating a license file either confirming that you wish to retain all rights or indicate what can and can't be done with the work.
