Journals should support batch updates to multiple entries

To reduce HTTP roundtrips for large-scale programmatic updates.

It would behave similarly to the batch create and batch delete endpoints we already have.

To be able to update from Go humbug library, add endpoint to update pack of entries also via /humbug endpoint
