[BUG]: Kafka Sources/all type of sources are not emitting data into the stream

We have seen a problem in production while using Cortex Streams. This error has occurred with version v3.x

The error might be that ErrorHandling is not done properly with Source Operators.

The critical issue was that SourceOperatorAdapter did NOT implement IErrorHandlingEnabled, which means:

1. Error handling configuration was never propagated to source operators
2. Exceptions thrown by downstream operators during source emit callbacks were not properly handled according to the stream's error handling strategy (Skip/Retry/Stop)
3. This caused streams with source operators (like Kafka, Pulsar, RabbitMQ) to either hang, loop, or crash unexpectedly when errors occurred
