doesnt grab the text on non-static website

On non-static websites Webrice tries to grab the text before the site is finished rendering, making it so there's only an empty string variable as the webtext

It also doesn't generate the buttons if there is not text initially

so perhaps just say there is not container/ text that the web reader can see as like an alert

@staffanru suggests changing to onLoad. We cant do on the body element so perhaps on the webrice text element
